I have a Motoalliance Max winch that I have had for 6 years and has been great. I had to remove it for another repair and that is when I found out the bolts that held the wires on the end of the winch had corroded to the point they were impossible to remove without destroying them. In order to get the brushes and brush insulators I would have had to buy the entire motor kit, which was $130. I saw this on line and it looked promising. For $20.00, I thought I would take a chance.When it arrived I realized the bushing was too small for the Motoalliance armature. However, all of the brushes, insulators and such looked like they would swap into the original cap. Swapped all the parts over and now my winch is as good as new!

My brush Holder on my Badland ATV winch broke rendering it inoperable, this replacement part fit perfectly and had a much more robust brush Holder than the original part. I have used the winch twice since installing this part and it worked just like new. The part also came with all necessary hardware and sealing washers/ orings which was nice to not have to round up extra hardware.

The winch on my SxS would only motor out and not back in. One of the contacts showed signs of a bad contact. Since I was unable to tighten it, due to the bolts being seized. I cut the cables off and removed the winch to see if there was some way of fixing it. Upon removing the end cap I found that one of the plastic holders for the brushes was broken, (probably due to trying to loosen the contact bolt). I decided to give this a tray because I didn't want to spend almost $200 for a new winch.This seemed to be the same as the one on my winch and looked solidly built. The only problem was the cap was smaller than the one on my Badlands winch. Lucky for me this had everything I needed to repair my winch and the parts were an exact match. I took all the parts from the new cap and put them into the old cap from my winch. Everything fit perfectly, it just took some time (and patience) to get it all together.I would have given this 5 Stars if the cap diameter had been listed.

Arrived one day early. It was very easy to make it fit had to drill out bolt holes to a 7/64, allwent together. very satisfied with the cap kit I put it on a ZXR Badlands 2500. I will be buying one for the shelf for a Spare thank you for a great product.

Worked great to replace the brushes and terminal bolts in my warn 2500. The cap wouldn’t work due to the mounting holes being too small and the armature shaft bearing was too small as well. But all the internal pieces of it retro fitted right on my old cap. Best bang for the buck! ðŸ‘ðŸ»

I bought this cap because internally everything looked the same internally to swap into my Warn vrx2500 winch. I worked!!! From the plastic brushes holder, 2 screws, brushes and the hardware for the studs, everthing matched up. I took all that out of the kfi cap, and put it into my warn cap. I got very lucky on this. Warn doesn't sell these parts. It was either buy another winch, or take my chances on this kfi cap kit, and I'm super happy it worked. Took me 5 minutes to swap everything. Super easy

Minor mods required to fit my particular application ie had to ream the shaft hole 0.100 inch larger, change the configuration of the wire leads. Brushes robust it should give pretty good service. I would buy again.

The product worked great for the warn winch vrx 2500 end cap replacement. You have to be careful though when opening the package as the little brush springs will fall out and they are impossible to find in the grass. Overall, I have a 2nd one ordered in case it craps out again. Good buy.

bushing and bolt holes too small to fit a warn a2000 winch. would have been best to just buy brushes for 25 bucks. otherwise the product seems to be of decent quality.

Pour un treuil Warn 2500 lbs j’ai du prendre mon ancien couvercle car les troues étaient trop petit et ne fitait pas sur le corp,j’ai réussi à complété le tout ,ses ma raison du 3 étoiles.
