Batteries for a pontoon install. Hooked up six Kicker 6 1/2 inch speakers and 210 inch kicker comps to it worked amazing sounded great

I had a Rockville amp connected that worked well. Decided to add 8" cone speakers so I thought I upgraded by buying a six channel Kicker amp. OMG WHAT A HUGE MISTAKE. First the amp would not work anytime I shut the stereo power off on the fuse panel. I would have to disconnect the positive battery cable and reconnect it to reset amp. Then there was a major humming sound in the speakers. I called Kicker and they said I need to run 4 gauge cable to the amp. (Rockville worked fine with 8 gauge). So I spent about $120 for 4 gauge cable, fuses and connectors. Not to mention the amount of time it took to run the cable, etc.)That should of fixed the problem according to Kicker tech support. WELL IT DID NOT, still have the same problem with humming and having to disconnect pos wire from battery every time. Tried calling Kicker tech support they put me on hold then hung up on me twice. I am done. I GREATLY REGRET BUYING THIS AMP. I want to sue kicker for the time and money I have wasted on their junk product. Hours of my time wasted on their poor guidance and poor quality.
