The best 6x9 inch speakers for the money, no doubts in my mind or questions asked. As of writing this in the beginning of 2025 these are the best I’ve installed for their price point for the 26 years I’ve been installing stereos and speakers. I’ve installed many different manufacturers speakers over the years and these are the best sounding speakers I’ve come across in a while. They are clear, whether a kick drum or a cymbal crash, from Hendrix to Notorious B.I.G. they kick major ass. I haven’t pushed them with a high powered amp yet but from aftermarket Kenwood head units they are amazing. I use Kenwood head units because they put out the most RMS power than any other manufacturer, which is the continuous usage power rating not the peak power rating. Kenwood also has the best equalizers with a ton of adjustments built into most of there radio with the Excelon units being the best amount of fine tuning and adjustments possible.I’m running an older Kenwood head unit through the upgraded Toyota factory wiring with 6 1/2†Kenwood Performance series KFC-710PS components in the front doors and the 6x9†3 way CS series Kickers in the back deck with the factory sound deading mat. They sound amazing and pump out some really punchy bass and the highs and mids are amazingly clear. Great band for the buck and I would purchase them over and over as long as they keep the same quality and sound. The materials used are top notch and they love factory systems as well as aftermarket systems, so either one you have they will pump out the music and be crystal clear as long as you don’t get too crazy with the bass expectations they will take whatever an aftermarket head unit will dish out and will be able to handle a moderate amount of high amplification, I would say up to 75-80 watts RMS.EXCELLENT BUY FOR THE MONEY!!

When it comes to aftermarket speakers I've always gone with kicker. They work as always, sound amazing, easy to install, and you know they're built well. I got lucky that the fit perfectly in my old chevelle with no drilling or cutting. I got them at a reasonable price too! Can't go wrong with kicker.

I was extremely impressed by the wide range of frequencies these speakers can produce in one assembly. I installed them in my Toyota Corolla, and they are exactly what I was looking for. They have a great low-end response, but still very articulate in the mid and high range.I had a hard time installing them in my Corolla because they require special brackets, and I ended up making my own bracket. For Corolla owners, if you are a craftsman, or you take them to an experienced professional, they should have no trouble.Overall, they seem very well-made, and they sound excellent. The price was not bad at all considering their performance.

Great factory replacement upgrade...but you will prolly want to buy an amp also as these take alot more power than factory units... which mean you will find yourself turning the volume up higher to get the same amount of sound.

I bought these speakers for a customer's 1957 Mercury Turnpike. I just rebuilt the factory tube radio and modified it to use Bluetooth. Since the radio is very low output I needed a speaker that has the most decibels per a watt. With the Bluetooth playing the speakers sound AMAZING! They sounded very clear and even had a good bass response. Just a very balance sound from the highs to the lows. And was very efficient! Those speakers worked well with the little push pull tube amp in the radio. I could play the radio pretty loud with the bass with out any bottoming out or distortion from the radio. I wound definitely recommend these speakers for any low power stock radios

The best sounding car speakers I have ever heard. Even with only pioneer head unit power. Expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.

I wanted to upgrade the sound in my 2018 Tacoma so I got these after reading some reviews but I was very disappointed once I installed them as the sound quality isn’t better than the stock speakers I had. I actually took them off and installed the stock speakers back on as they sounded better and louder.I also needed an adapter for them to fit in my truck. Waste of money that was.
