These 8 inch kicker grills were the only grills that I could find to protect my 6.5Ampere Audio subs!I used these rings to bolt These 8inch Kicker sub grills on my oversized 6.5 subs I could not find any grills in the 6.5 that did not Rest on the foam surround the 8 inch spacer rings did the trick! Perfect size to fit over the subs and perfect height to bolt the sub grills to to keep these woofers safe! These Grills look Awesome!

The picture says it all! Just remember to use the correct screws. I used machine screws with a nut on the other side. Also, do not use tapered head screws. That's why people are breaking them. It even has a picture on each one of the grills with a paper attached that says do not use a tapered head screw. Don't use a drill to tighten. Pre drill the hole and then drop in your machine screw and tighten the nut by hand. Use a little blue lock tight and then ratchet nut carefully for tightness. I get compliments on my setup all the time.

Looks like metal, in all photos. It's plastic, It works but for kicker I would have expected metal.It installed with the same screws used to mount your sub in it's box, so you may need longer screws and don't use angled head screws only button top or it will break the ring.

I bought these to protect my Skar Audio 8" sdr series subwoofers. Even though these are for 8" kicker subs, the fit perfectly on my subs from Skar. They are made of cheap plastic but do the job.

I used the existing screws from my Kicker 40TCWRT82 subwoofer to install this grille. It is plastic, but tough. Recommended.
