I bought two of these for my 5 and 8 year old. They are stretchy enough to fit my husbands face in a pinch but fit great on my kids. They are definitely thin enough to go under a ski helmet but have a nice light fleece feel on the inside to keep warm. I think they will be perfect for staying warm skiing.
