The helmet is definitely not DOT approved. No way with that kind of material. Great for bicycles or running with it. Quality is not appropriate. Weight is light, functionality is not appropriate. I sent it back and I’m spending the money.

Just as title says… maybe not the best purchase. Amazon is sending me a replacement so I will update the review when the new one comes in 2 days.
