Fits like a standard adjustable adult baseball cap. Quality hat, bright colors fade with the year. Sad that the plastic post is not better supported or that the propellor blade breaks easily. Good for one time use but doesn't stand up long term high wind use and does not work well in low winds. Best for someone riding a bicycle.
