Let’s start with the basics. This order comes with 3 pairs of socks (if you chose that option). Each pair of socks measures 8†from heel to toe, and 13 ½†from heel to calf ring. They are slightly stretchy.My initial impression when I first opened the package was that they felt thick and cozy. The colors and designs looked just like the picture which were approved in advance by my 11 year old son.The intended use of this product is to be worn as ski socks for kids. My son likes taller, warmer, graphic print socks, so I ordered these for him for general winter wear. He wears a size 6 (youth, not infant) shoe, and the medium sized socks fit him perfectly. It feels like they can still stretch and grow with him for a few years to come. He has been pleased wearing them and has no complaints.For the value that you get out of this product, I feel that this price is fair. My reasoning for that is they are high quality socks with attractive printing on them.Overall, I decided to give this product 5 stars. I chose that rating because you get a merino wool blend tall sock, and that’s a lot of material for each sock. They are very warm and comfortable so can be used in a ski or more relaxed cold weather setting. The height goes all the way up the calf which is perfect for ski boots. These are pretty nice! They’re really thick and “squishy,†with a nice heavy weight to them. My son is 3.5 and wears a 10C toddler shoe in most brands. The XS is a little big but totally wearable. He wears them under his rain and snow boots, and a lot of times wears them as an extra layer of warmth because they go up to his knee. Perfect for cold nights!He has sensory needs, but despite those he still really likes them and says they’re soft. After a few hours he starts to complain that they’re a little itchy, though.The pattern is slightly strange, but who cares if they’re under boots! Hope this helps. ☺ï¸

I do not know if these were specifically made for older kids. But these were like pants on our toddler. It kept him super warm but they were very long

These are wonderful cold weather socks for children. The Merino wool blend makes for a warm, soft, comfortable sock with a snug cuff at the top to prevent slippage. The adorable design gives these socks a little extra appeal. I'm glad I got the 3-pack, because I know these will be the socks my grandkids run for the first time it snows.

These socks reach all the way up to my 7 year old son's knees. They are made with 28 percent Merino wool and they are very thick and soft. They should keep him warm in any kind of cold weather we are likely to have here. I like the color pattern and pictures and the fact that they stay up. That is because of the non slip cuff. The heels and toes are reinforced and all in all these socks are a very good product. The price seems somewhat exorbitant but is probably justified by the quality and top notch materials. These are definitely not your ordinary everyday, run of the mill socks. My son loves them.

My kids often complain about cold feet in the mornings (because they don't wear socks on hardwood floors), so I got these for them. The kids really love the design and it keeps their little feet nice and toasty. They love to wear them to bed also, but most of all, my son loves to run and slide on the floor with them on. Parents beware. They go on the feet in a breeze and stay on all day after running and playing. Best of all, they keep the feet dry = no smelly feet.

These socks are a wool blend, feeling both smooth and cozy. They went slightly above knee on my son, which he didn't mind at all out in the cold. He loved the pattern and thought it was both "cool" and "funny" when he looked closely at the figures on it.They're definitely warm; they'll be uncomfortably so if worn indoors for extended periods. If you're actually out in the elements, they'll feel great though.

I have a zillion pair of socks and those are the ones I feel like wearing everyday. They are warm, comfortable and hug my feet so well, a perfect fit for me. I am a 5’1†tall who wears size 7 shoe and unisex socks are always too big for me. Those were KIDS size SMALL and fits me like a glove. Then I decided to try the same Brand in adult size small and they fit a little looser and not as well and do not seem to be as warm. I highly recommend and wish they made adult extra small with more neutral Color than kids - I would buy that brand again.

Wir haben die socken für unsere Tochter gekauft. Die Farben entsprechen dem Produktbild. Sie sind schön dick, leiern trotzdem auch nach einem kompletten Urlaub nicht aus. Also besitzen die Socken auch vom Material her eine erhoffte Qualität. Unsere Kleine befand sie außerdem für bequem, da sie keinerlei Druckstellen verursachen. Auch die mehrmalige Wäsche haben sie gut überstanden.

Our youngest was home this Christmas and as we’d bought her some ski boots as a present, we knew she’d be the perfect person to try out this set of three ski socks. Here are some thoughts. They come nicely presented in a plastic zip-loc bag which retains all three pairs. The pattern is the same but the colour way changes so you don’t get confused on a ski holiday and forget which ones you have worn and which are fresh. Fit is perfect and the socks are of a good length, though didn’t quite extend to her knees. They also have a nice balance of thickness versus comfort versus feel and thus control over one’s boots especially when the slope steepens and one needs to get one’s edges in to retain control. Support and comfort is good though more specialist socks - albeit at a much higher price point, will offer better calf padding and arch support.Washing them is easy enough and cool temperatures are advised. Please note the age range as suggested for the socks under review is up to 18y and our daughter who is in her 20s found the fit perfect (she takes a size 6 and is 5’ 8â€)So, for the average person , maybe skiing for 6 days a year, who does not want to spend money on expensive extras, these ski socks are not a bad choice. These socks are advertised as socks for boys and girls and the size only goes up to 16-18yrs, but let me tell you, my husband, son and myself got these and nabbed a pair each and they fit us all perfectly lol.The first thing you notice is just how thick and squashy they feel. With all this cold weather we're having at the moment, we have all been wearing them and they really do make a difference in keeping your feet nice and toasty warm. Mine also come up to just below the knee so they keep my calves warm too. I really don't have anything negative to say. The only small drawback is they may feel slightly on the expensive side as at the time of review, they are £26, which works out to £8.66 per pair. I'm not entirely sure if I was out shopping and saw a pair of socks for that price I'd be convinced to part with my hard-earned cash lol, but saying that, they are of super quality and you do get what you pay for, so maybe it wouldn't be an issue for you.I'd be happy to recommend these as a very warm sock, and also remember...they are not just for kids. 5/5
