I have tried every sunscreen from the major brands and hated them all because they felt sticky, greasy, heavy, smelled bad and left a white haze on my face making me look dead. I need to use sunscreen on my face daily because I'm using Retin A and want to prevent sun aging so I need something I love enough to comply with daily that won't interfere with any foundation I apply afterwards. This sunscreen is not like any other sunscreen I have tried. First, it is very thin and slippery, not sticky and paste-like as others. It glides on with ease and disappears. No offensive odor. I don't even smell it. It applies so smoothly, I don't even feel the need to wash my hand afterwards and I can apply foundation and I can't even tell I have sunscreen on under it. I love the feel of this stuff so much I apply it at night before bed as well instead of my usual sticky face cream.

Love this stuff! I use it on my kids and they don’t get burned. We live at over 6000 ft of elevation and it’s perfect! I can use it on their faces without worrying about it burning their eyes and I use it one my face as well. No strong smells. Amazing stuff! I have about 6 bottles between pool bags, strollers, cars, and the house. I’m so happy to have found this! I recommend it to everyone!

This sunscreen goes on smooth and leave no white residue. The tube is much bigger than I thought it would be, I really like it. I would recommend this one to anyone who needs a good quality sunscreen year round.

We have a Fitzpatrick of 3.5 and this doesn’t cast a purple or white or grey shadow. Blends easily. It does smell heavily chemical but the odor subsides quite a bit as it dries. Not for the organic, holistic, natural minded.

The texture is good. The smell is fine. It did leave a little white cast on my children’s skin, not as much as other brands of sunscreen, but that was disappointing because I believe this brand advertises “no white castâ€. I still highly recommend.

This is a great sunblock for our whole family. I am Caucasian with incredibly fair, sensitive skin. My 4 yr old son is African American with dark sensitive skin. I hated always having two different sunblocks but what worked on my skin, never blended into his well. Or left a weird shine or really dried his skin. And what worked for him didn't seem to protect mine from burning...until now! Black Girl Sunscreen Kids is wonderful! I'm not black or a kid, but it protects my skin! And my son's skin is actually more moisturized after using it and the consistency makes it so easy to apply. I'm incredibly thankful for this sunscreen! We spend hours and hours outside and in the water and I want our skin healthy. This makes that possible!
