Step 1
Remove from the box and pinch the end of the earplug.
Step 2
Gently pull the ear up, trying to let the earplug into the ear canal.
Step 3
Adjust the earplugs to the right position so that the entire earplug is pressed against your pinna.
Error method
Don't insert the end of the earplug into the ear canal. The earplug is marked "L" and "R" to prevent the wrong wearing.

The black ones are too hard! The blue ones are soft and I use them several times per week swimming! Keeps all the water out of my ears! The orange I gave to someone else? They are reasonable prices and worth it! Yes buy them!

After being fitted for "customer" ear plugs at 2 different hearing centers and still getting water in my ear, as well as trying several different OTC ear plugs that also don't work, I am so happy that these ear plugs fit comfortably AND keep water out of my ear. I had a tube put in my right ear due to chronic congestion I just could not get rid of; therefore, I must keep water out of my ear until this tube falls out. I am a small woman and these adult size ear plugs are fantastic. I also use a swimming headband to hold the ear plug in for extra security.

I bought these to keep water out of my ears while showering. But none of the three seem to work that way. They were so inexpensive that I didn’t feel inclined to return them and chose to use them to block a little sound out, but they are not that effective for that either. They’re easy to put in your ears and they do seem to snug up to the proper size but they simply do not keep the water from getting in your ear.

I swim daily at the local pool. I have a waterproof mps player and needed ear plugs to stop the loud sounds at the pool. These ear plugs fit perfectly. Easy to put in and they stay secure during my 60 minute swim.

My granddaughter needs a good ear plug because she gets ear infections constantly so a good ear plug is a must. These are wonderful, comfortable and easy to put in the ears. they work great.

Ils sont bien adaptés à l'oreille et ne peuvent s'enfoncer trop loin grâce à la "boucle" à l'extérieur. Ils sont souples et correct à porter.Par contre, j'ai un peu du mal à placer la "boucle" extérieure comme sur la photo, ce n'est pas très grave, ils tiennent en place.Petite remarque personnelle sur les bouchons à tige droite. J'avais acheté d'autres bouchons avec une tige toute droite et comme rien ne les retenait à l'extérieur, un des bouchons s'est enfoncé plus loin dans l'oreille et a touché le tympan, mon fils a hurlé de douleur et c'était pas évident à retirer. Plus jamais.

I tappi per le orecchie si sono rivelati fantastici! Mia figlia li ha usati tutta l’estate e si è trovata molto bene. Sono comodi, facili da indossare e tengono fuori l’acqua in modo efficace, permettendole di divertirsi sott’acqua senza preoccupazioni. Addio otiti.Un prodotto secondo me indispensabile per i piccoli nuotatori!
