I was very pleased with this set and absolutely love the color! They are thinner than expected, but will function as a great based layer for my little one. Only based on first impressions, I would definitely purchase again. I'm hoping that they wear well over time!

As an adult whose seen a large variety of underlayers, I was reasonably impressed with this set of wool leggings and top. The material is fairly thin/non-bulky and breathable. From a sensory perspective the waistband was reasonably wide and laid flat, and the collar and cuffs had the right balance where they were snug enough to stay in place even with movement and stretching but not so tight or narrow to create annoying pressure. The color is true to the images and the sizing is accurate but definitely geared to lanky kids. In short, as a parent I thought these would be a home-run for cozy comfort at a reasonable price for decent wool base layers.That being said they're still sitting in the drawer.... Within seconds of getting them on my daughter, I heard the dreaded war cry of "These are too scratchy and itchy". Despite all the things these get right, she has a point. The texture here is in line with other thin wool shirts I've owned - certainly not like wearing sandpaper but when you first pull them in the fibers don't lay quite as flat and smooth as cotton or the synthetic athletics materials that are prolific.

No issues with this set. It was maybe a little thinner then I expected but as a base layer works well. My kiddo always wears it as PJs.happy with it.

My son's new 100% merino wool layer set is perfect for keeping him warm during the colder months. The top and bottom fit true to size, and the material is soft and breathable, making it comfortable for all day wear. It's a high quality, practical addition to his wardrobe.

Nice set of kids long underwear ~ highly recommend. My kiddo is 5 and fit xs perfectly, but with room to grow for another season (? hopefully). They're light weight and very soft, and easy for getting layered up. The child has been reportedly toasty warm with these on. They wash well on gentle cycle. I'm excited to find a set of merino layers for my little since winter is cold here & now I'm not going to worry about anyone staying warm enough!

The set is pretty good overall. It is quite see-through, but not as much as some others. It is quite soft, not very rough. I got it in pink and the brand name is also in pink and not too noticeable. In navy it could be used for school uniform (logo is quite low-key).The size is quite true to description. I got size 5-6 for my 4.5 year old girl, it fits well with some room to grow. I also think this set may shrink some, so sizing up is a good idea.
