Heavy duty! It will lift large pieces of meat. I need it for Smoking Boston Butts and it is the right fork for that.

Fork is nice looking and good weight - and defective - first time used the wood panel slipped sideways off the steel tang and off the knife entirely - very bad design to expect glue to hold instead of metal fasteners like most knives

Ganz tolle Fleischgabel.Sehr massiv und nicht so windig wie so viele Gabeln aus Blech.Sieht auch super toll aus. Der Holzgriff wertet es nochmal auf.Vom Design her eine der schönsten Fleischgabeln auf dem Markt.Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.
