Make sure you install it correctly. It was about 60 degrees when I did. I used Windex for the tank after soap and water and drying it.I used a heat gun to warm the tank area. Hair dryer would be a safer option. Then warmed the rubber side of the grip.Stuck it down. One opportunity to get it right. Then pressed down in the center, pressing outwards while keep it warm with the hair dryer for a solid 5 mins. Dont burn the surface of the grip of bike. Since then, It's been rainy, cold and hot for several months and it hasn't moved.I don't think it'll stick well if it's not clean and warmed.Also, it was just involved in a collision. Bike was rear ended at speed... and it's still stayed on.

Product was as described and install was simple. Definitely helps with gripping the tank with my knees and should do a good job protecting the paint in those areas. Plus, I think they look really nice on the bike. I would recommend to anyone looking for something similar.
