My scooter is about 40lbs or so and is larger, the handle bars don't fold in but the stem does. I had to carry my scooter about a mile around the pier of my naval base before I could get to the road with it and it did not feel like the bag was ready to break or anything so stitching was pretty durable and sturdy. There's no "install" as it comes ready after unpacking. It also has a side pocket for that you can use for maybe the charger cable or a lock chain. It also doubled as a bag for when I was shopping. You can kind of use it like a back pack with the carry straps but over the should or head through the straps is better. It also fits inside a small back pack since the material isn't too thick.

The bag fits my scooter nicely, with extra room for my bike helmet. The carrying handles easily fit over my shoulder for carrying. The straps included with the bag hold the rolled-up product nicely to the handlebars of the scooter.

So far so good. It keeps the inside of my car clean. This bag makes transportation easy and fast. There’s plenty of room for the scooter and other things to fit in the bag.

It fits perfectly, including handle bars and everything on my Hiboy S2 electric scooter. Haven’t tested out waterproof material yet and longevity of the product.

Pleasantly surprised how easily it accommodates my Segway F2 Pro. No issue closing it over the handlebars. We'll see how durable the material is but it seems good enough.
