My eyesight isn't as good as it used to be. I have trouble reading small print, even with a magnifying glass. Recently I was trying to examine a few pieces of jewelry stamped with marks I could not identify, and I thought it would be useful to have a jeweler's loupe. Kingmas offers this two-lens lighted version (the light switches so you can illuminate one lens or the other) for a very reasonable price, and it does its job exactly as advertised. The LED light is really bright, so you will probably have spots in front of your eyes after using it, but that's a minor gripe; it makes small print and jewelry marks--as well as small imperfections--easily visible if there is not sufficient alternate light. No need to spend a fortune for a loupe. This one suits me fine. It arrived in a very nice little case, and it folds up easily to slip into a pocket, so I am a satisfied customer.

The outer sleeve into which the lenses slide is metal. The inner body that contains the lenses is plastic, but seems sturdy enough. The lights are quite bright. The ease of battery replacement hasn't been tested yet. I'd buy another one though. Pretty powerful and not bad for the price.

This little magnifying unit is actually pretty good. I use it to look at coins, and very small print. I bought two of them. The unit has two magnifying glasses, and I do believe that they are correct in saying they are 30X and 60X. The magnifying glasses are very powerful indeed. The unit has two lights, powered by the same battery, controlled by a single switch that goes from left light "on" position to middle "off" position, to right light "on" position. The two lights don't come on at the same time (why have 2 then?). The entire unit is housed in a plastic body, with an aluminum cover to protect the lenses. The unit also comes with a case that holds the magnifying glass unit, and a small tool that is used to open the battery case. The battery case is my only real complaint about this unit. Since it's all plastic, and soft, it's very hard to remove the door/cover to the battery case. I think it might wear out or get cracked. It's poorly engineered. Overall, for about $7, it's probably a good value for the money. I rate this product 3 stars, average, with all things considered.

Im a plant enthusiasts and this magnifying gadget with the led light is perfect for seeing the smallest insects on my plant leaves the focus is perfect with the double light to see at different lens

What a value for so little money. I’ve been struggling along relying on a 10X magnification and finally gave in to buy this one. What a difference it makes having to view many small items. My eyes no longer feel tired after using this higher powered magnification. It even includes a higher magnification which I thought might be too small to see through. Not at all - it is also very helpful if you need that extra power to see very tiny parts.Highly recommended!

I dislike that I wasted money on a piece of junk. Maybe you need 20/20 vision. I thought it would help me see what was stamped on a ring, but no. Cannot recomment.

For less than £10 this is a brilliant little loupe, the magnification is spot on crystal clear and the leds deffinitely help, sometimes they can be a bit awkward if you have to get very close to object but for me this does not affect operation at all.
