My old one was leaking and I couldn’t repair it. So I ordered this one and it fit perfectly. I had no issues and it was an easy swap install.

I was extremely disappointed with this. First, the plastic washers are unsuitable to provide a tight seal. I had to make my own from automotive gasket paper. Then, a threaded bushing nut had a pinhole leak through the metal, and I discovered it had been over-drilled at the factory. I fixed that with a dab of epoxy within the bushing, but then another trickling leak was found coming through the metal wall of the spout body. Two leak defects through metal parts point to poor fabrication methods. I have installed many faucets in my lifetime but have never encountered multiple problems like this with a product. Kingston needs to shake up quality control at their Taiwan factory.

Like others have stated, it leaks!!The plastic washers are junk. Quality until you install the important hardware.

Had high hopes. Needed a faucet with a wide separation between pipes. Can't get it to stop leaking. The plastic bushings just don't seem to do the job. The last one lasted about 10 years before minerals from the well water decomposed it. Will be buying another brand, I guess.

I used it as was intended for! As for Installation to much moving parts not that easy the plastic washer inserts leak now i have to replace the plastic washers with rubber washers. I found some cheaper on ebay but Amazon was my first go-to
