For the price (I purchased on sale), these chairs are amazing. High quality, with some weight to them, and nice features (folding, adjustable, and the retractable footrest is awesome). They took some time to assemble, but the directions were easy to follow.

One of the chair had missing threads for the screws, but I still give 5 stars because I found a way to tighten it anyway, and the end result is good. They look sturdy enough to resist tropical sun.

We love sitting outside in Adirondack Chairs, although my wife and I find most Adirondack Chairs to be uncomfortable because the seatback is angled too severely. We were also looking for a chair that folds to make storage easier when we brought the chairs inside for winter. This chair met all our needs. The adjustable back is more comfortable for us to sit in, having three different seat back angles allows each of us to customize the position for maximum comfort. We like being able to sit more upright by adjusting the seat back. The chair also folds easily and quickly for easy storage. We also like the foot rest and the fact that the footrest stows away into the chair when not being used. The chair was very easy to assemble, the instructions were clear and the screws were separately packed and clearly identified and labeled for each step. All of the necessary tools were provided. It took me approximately 45 minutes to assemble. There was one step that was not clear from the instructions, I contacted the Seller and they responded quickly and provided a solution. Did not install the cup holder. We also liked the price point, although the molded plastic had a few nicks and imperfections in some places, not very noticeable and acceptable for this price point. The chair looks nice, it is a deep red color, not too bright. Overall, very happy with the chair, will likely order more.

The material does not fade in the sun. These chairs are sturdy and very comfortable. Easy to assemble. Highly recommend!

We like the Polywood Adirondack's ... but not the Polywood price. These are much less expensive, but also come with features the competition doesn't have (partially reclining, fold-out cup-holders, fold up for storage). On the flip side, they aren't as "finished" as the Polywood chairs (a bit rougher to the touch, more visible hardware). The blue color is very nice. Our kids love the retractable ottoman. It takes about a half hour to assemble each chair; they come with tools, but this is definitely faster with a hex bit for the bolts and a 10mm socket wrench for the nuts.Our first pair held up so well that we just put together a second pair. This pair was a little less finished than the first (multiple areas where the HDPE wasn't cut as cleanly) but this took just a few minutes to clean up by hand.

Ordered and received two of these chairs. Shipping was three days and items arrived undamaged.The pictures I attached show the missing nut inserts (located on both sides of the bottom of the chair back), making it impossible to assemble. Awaiting the replacement chair, which shipped the day after I initiated the return of the faulty chair.The quality of the material seems sturdy, and the pieces fit together nicely. The adjustable arms are a bit tricky to operate from the seated position. The extendable foot rest works well and stores away neatly.I cannot report on the serviceability of the chair as I’ve not had enough time using it to provide information.Update: Received the replacement chair within four days. The chairs have been outside in the Florida sun and rain for about two weeks. No fading or warping yet.
