My wife and I got back into baking every weekend and needed a stand mixer, but didn't feel like spending 4-times the cost for a name brand of similar size and power At first I was hesitant since this product only had 18 reviews but after checking their more popular sized mixers, I saw that they had over 6K of positive reviews.We have used the mixer 5 times now for bread and cookies. This mixer is a powerhouse; even with an almost a full bowl of dough, there was no signs of the motor struggling.

I love this stand mixer, it works great. The mixing bowl is large enough to handle any size project. 8.5 quarts.Operating is it very easy, just push the lever to raise the head put your ingredients in the bowl and push the lever to lower it.Turn the power know to the desired speed and you're set. The price is better than most of the major brands and it works great. The suction cups on the bottom keep it from moving around during operation. It comes in several colors, I selected the basic black. It comes with a rubber spatula and an egg separator to separate egg yokes from the whites.The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is it only comes with one mixing bowl and I can't find an additional mixing bowl to purchase.

I’m just so excited to start using this Kitchen in the box Stand Mixer. I have never had a stand mixer and have only used hand beaters. There are so many things that I would like to make but I choose not too because there would be so much more work to try to make these items without a mixer, so I am ready to give it a try. This mixer is 8.5 quart electric mixer and comes with several attachments, a dough hook, beater, and whisk. There is also a splatter guard, spatula, and of course the 8.5 quart handled bowl that locks in place. The design of this mixer has heat dissipation with a cooling system, has a tilt headed design, 6 speeds, and looks beautiful in the kitchen. I am so excited to get started on my baking!

Perfect wedding gift!! We got this for my friend as a gift for her wedding. She really loved it and found it to be a great brand! It comes with the attachments. Her favorite thing is the handle on the mixing bowl!

I make a ton of sourdough breads and I've always hand mixed my dough. I saw this and thought maybe it would be nice to have a mixer do all the work. I was not disappointed at all. I use the paddle for the initial mix, and then when solid ingredients go in I switch to the hook. It does a great job and seems to have plenty of power.It has multiple speed settings from a fast 'whip' for the whisk to a slow 'knead' for the hook. There's also a 'pulse' switch setting as well.It's worked flawlessly for me so far and it's very easy to clean and attachments are a breeze. It has suction cups that hold it down quite well to our countertops. It is a pretty big unit, so make sure you have a little from for it, but I think it's a game changer.

Ok this mixer is not getting a good review so far. I’m making cut out cookie dough and the beater doesn’t reach the bottom or sides of the bowl when creaming the sugar and butter. It takes a long time to mix and still doesn’t reach the sides well as you add more volume. I would say it may be better for large volume? It feels light weight with the plastic mixer body (read not sturdy). The suction cups on the bottom do a good job holding it in place on counter when mixer is going at highest speeds. The mixer and the mixing bowl are large, not space saving if you have a small counter space. Controls work smoothly. But my eggs/butter/sugar are not creaming together well. The recipes in the manual must be European, all the measurements are in grams not cups. Not a bad thing but some would not like that. It's not all bad - but it has some problems. I added the flour and it IS mixing better. Not so great for small volume recipes.
