Love this thermometer. I like how thin the post is. Makes it easier to to check thinner cuts of meat. Only slight negative is the display is a bit small for um.. older eyes!

I bought this product since I sometimes need more than one thermometer to test meats I'm making. I do have another one that is a larger dial but liked this one since it was smaller. I prefer Kitchen Aid products since I have had some for over 25yrs showing the quality of their products. Using this to test the accuracy I used this one and 2 others I have had for numerous yrs and I found it to be totally accurate with the comparison. It's easy to use and performs as expected. Since it's a Kitchen Aid product I feel it's a great quality product. I like the cover to keep it in. I would recommend this since it's a great quality made product at a great price. I purchased 2 and gave one to a bride to be.

Liked the gauge and calibration tool. Mine was off only 2 deg. Easily fixed with instructions on package.Dislikes - Pin that goes into the food says there is a tick mark to assure it is at the correct depth. Next to impossible to see. Well worth the cost.

This is a better quality product than the standard meat thermometers you find around Amazon. The face is larger and easier to read. That's a huge plus if you are past age 40.I had made the mistake of "digital meat thermometers". Just say no. These will last a lifetime without needing batteries.
