Best scale so far! I really like how simple it is and the buttons feel. Ice and firm to click feels quality what you would expect from kitchen aid, has a small scale for fine detail weighing and a big scale that holds really big bowls and the screen and very visible even with bowls cause it’s on the side I pull this one out before all my others.

Two things I really like about this scale. It settles quickly and gives a fast readout so you can use it to measure things as you pour. And it has a ten milligram precision as well as a gram scale platens so you can accurately weigh teaspoon quantities. Also, it reads accurately near zero; too many consumer scales have a software "feature" that keeps showing zero weight until you get to about 5 grams. Can be really annoying when you're trying to measure small amounts of something. This scale shows you the weight, even if it's small. Build quality does feel a little flimsy. Expected a more solid feel from a brand like KitchenAid.

When I got this kitchen scale 3 years ago, it seem "decent" to weight food. The main platform seemed to have accuracy issues where the food fluctuated between 5-8 grams of a 500 grams item ( bowl + food). You could test this by just raising the bowl and putting it back on the scale and it will have 5-8 grams of error each time.This issue was only compensated by the smaller scale platform accuracy which was overall better. Only issue with the smaller scale platform is seems to have a weight limit ~700g, plus space is definitely narrower for a big bowl.Also there is the power off issue where it would not power off if it not stable on the counter, which is a dumb idea because that prevented me to power off the device while it was on my hand. Also this would become an issue later when it stop working and can't be power off unless the batteries are take out.And then there is the batteries. Who designs an electronic device that takes 3 batteries?! It should always be in pairs (2, 4, 6, 8 ...) because most rechargeable batteries charges will only charge them in pairs. I know this is probably a small issue but this annoyed me every time I needed to recharge my lithium batteries.Now the main issue after 3 years of usage: it is nowhere water resistant. There were a few times where I needed to clean it by spraying multi purpose cleaner (small spray quantity as I know is not water proof) due to spilling a few drops of raw meat water while weighting. Now it says always UNSE/ERR on the display which it wasn't unstable because it was stable on my counter top. I could also see that inside the display there is water and humidity which indicates that water has entered through the display cavity.While I know it says is no water proof, I would definitely think that it should resist more than a few cleaning sprays because at the end of the day you might be weighing raw food.Definitely this scale is not worth its price.

Overall, this fits my needs. It's two size scales in one, which I love, so I'd definitely say the value is there. However, I found that after using this consistently for two weeks, the scale is already struggling to "0" out. The build also feels a little flimsy; I would have expected something a little sturdier from KitchenAid. Overall, it's a solid 4 stars; it gets the job done, the scale is fairly accurate within a few grams, and it's got the bonus of two scales in one. However, it could be improved with better quality materials, which would most likely yield better accuracy.

This scale is the best scale for what I needed it for. I am doing allergy oral immunotherapy and need to measure out the teeniest amounts of my allergen to eat. This scale was perfect as it picks up to the .00 gram, which is necessary for my program. I trust its accuracy, which is also key for me. When I am not using it for my allergy therapy, I use the bigger side to measure out larger amounts for baking. Usually, this is flour, as I bake bagels from scratch every Sunday. I like that it is precise and also a two-in-one so that I can use it for both my baking and my allergy therapy without needing to buy two scales.

La báscula es de muy buena calidad en cuanto a materiales, y tiene mucha precisión, ayuda mucho la báscula gramera. Lo único malo es que al ser tan sensibles a veces marca gramos sin haber nada sobre la báscula, pero solo es recalibrarla con la ficción tare y listo.

I like that these scales take AAA batteries instead of the silver flat batteries that don’t seem to last very long. The display is very easy to read. I’m happy with my purchase even though they are on the expensive side, but I’m hoping the scales last me many years.

Like most Kitchen Aid products, this is high quality and looks great. The dual scale is brilliant for measuring small amounts like 7g of yeast when making bread for example. Overall an excellent purchase.
