This is perfect! I have a set of salt and pepper grinders but at 76 with arthritis it was painful to twist long enough to get the amount of salt and pepper I wanted! This is perfect to hold my s&p.The wooden container is really attractive and the little spoon is perfect!

I hunted high and low for an affordable yet attractive wood salt cellar for a friend's gift...This is pretty but not smooth to the touch and the wood peg that holds the swivel lid on looks precarious...I wouldn't have purchased it if I could touch it, but it will hopefully serve it's purpose.
