These feel like quality. Metal was nice shiny. Does not feel like a cheap item. Love them! I do recommend them! Easy to install on your existing power strip.

The words they use and the diagrams look like it would be retractable, but the word adjustable is somewhat accurate. It is a manual wrapping of the cord that becomes fixed, so it is adjustable once. The tube at the top is a cheap piece of plastic and is basically a hiding place for the extra cord. It is nearly impossible to easily adjust them to the same length. The electric part that fits in the H track floats until you lock the cable at the bottom. What a hassle. Had it not taken so long to ship this junk from China, I would just send it back. Waited 3 weeks. I wished I would have just purchased the length without the extra cost for the adjustment.

These are H-type track light connections on one end and bronze E26 sockets on the other. This leaves you with all sorts of options on the bulbs. I chose them to convert from halogen to LED, which runs cooler and is less energy wasteful. Bulbs available run in many styles that can suit your room perfectly. Well-made, easily installed. I'm very happy!

I was able to shorten them fairly easily to meet my needs. I added contemporary glass tulips for the extra pizzazz.
