I wasn't sure what to expect when I bought these, but they are SOOOO comfortable! Wearing armor can be annoying, but these are like a second skin while being super protective. I ride a stand up scooter, and had a bad wreck on it months ago. Now I can keep my knees and shins safe from road rash. These knee/shin guards are adjustable enough to wear over bare skin, leggings, or even thick pants. And I LOVE the color! They are awesome.

I have been using these knee pads for around a month on my electric skateboard .I crashed without pads and proper smashed my leg , these pads were bought to avoid that again. My first ride wearing them I hit a patch of sand and crashed at around 10mph … hit the floor like a sack of potato’s and these pads did their job ! No injury and did not exacerbate the existing injury.The plastic does appear to be brittle but has flex . The padding under the plastic is light and I added some extra foam for comfort more than anything else.The straps secure the pads nicely and the articulation on the knee is good. My one knee still has swelling from my big crash and these fit over that (just about ). On my normal sized knee these fit fine . Can sit, stand , bend , ride all without pad slippage. Cheaper than the leading brand and so far doing the job for me

I bought these to use with my electric unicycle. They are much better pads than I expected. They fit me well, and stay in place. Even in crashes they have stayed put. They do not restrict my movements, and they frankly look amazing too. I have recommended these pads in EUC rider facebook groups, and have generated a little interest in these pads.

These are my favorite knee+shin protectors for riding EUC. They're the quickest to put on or off thanks to the quick release system and comfortable against my skin; even the rough part (hook) of the velcro is smartly shaped to avoid being a skin irritant. The straps sit outside of the crease in elbow and knee because the articulating smaller pieces are above the knee and elbow. Others tend to uncomfortably put the straps right through the crease in elbow or knee.The shape of the shin guard part is great, flatter on the inside, curved on the outside, should be good for any vehicle between your legs.I've already "tested" them, hit a hidden ditch off road, sub 5 mph, that dismounted me forward. They did their part and my knees, elbows and the protectors still look new, not even a scratch nor bruise.I love the quick release system, a major improvement to the protectors that require looping the straps through and velcro attach, release, attach, release, wearing out the velcro and taking much more time and effort.

There isn’t much padding but it’s Comfortable and adjustable straps not to mention it can bend at the knees.love it.

The fit and finish of these padded guards is outstanding.The articulating knee joint is amazing. It doesn't bind or scrape yet it doesn't add un-necessary thickness to the guards!Be aware the length of the pads from center of Knee to bottom may not fully extend to your ankle (depending on how long your lower leg is). Alternatively, if you wear motocross boots these will likely be too long for you.I use these for ice Hockey (referee-ing, so I don't require HECC approval).They fit perfectly (11-12" shin length) and reach below the skate tongue for full front side protection.They've taken a full speed hit from pucks and have held up well.I mentioned the articulating knee is awesome and makes skating so much free-er and easier than when wearing true ice hockey shin pads! I'll never go back!

I bought these knee pads for a long motorcycle trip, they have worked for me every day, I thought they would be uncomfortable to wear but the fit is perfect. light and quite resistant, they are worth every penny.
