Works great for multiple sleep positions. On side, I use between knees, On back, use under knees, and on stomach, use under ankles. I've tried regular pillows in the past and they were too big and did not work well. This bolster is perfect. Great size and softness. The only negative I have is as someone who runs hot, sometimes this seems to heat me up even more. I might try to sew a percale pillowcase to fit over to see if that helps with heat. Otherwise love this bolster and wish I had bought one much sooner.

I have stage 4 osteoarthritis from my neck to my sacrum as well as other spinal problems and have tried a number of different kinds of body pillows to make sleeping on my side (my preferred position) more comfortable. The ones that I’ve used in the past have had some kind of fiber filling that got lumpy over time and needed a lot of plumping up in order to work well with my particular situation. I got Covid ten months ago in June and have been dealing with long Covid since then. One of my symptoms is sweating rather profusely. The fiber filled body pillow absorbed the sweat easily, and when I washed it the filling clumped together almost like it was glued together and was next to impossible to pull apart into some semblance of a pillow shape. So I decided to get a different kind of body pillow. This pillow is definitely heavier than my other pillows and took a bit of getting used to. It also has a foam pillow smell that goes away in about a week which is about the same amount of time that it takes for the pillow to completely fill out to its full shape after being compressed as small as possible in order to be shipped. I chose to use the pillow right away. If you don’t care for the smell and/or want to wait until the pillow reaches its full size buy it before you want or need to use it. With that said I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful pillow. First of all it comes with a bamboo pillowcase that wicks moisture and is so soft next to the skin. This is perfect for my situation. Regular body pillowcases are just a tad too small for this pillow. I would like to know where I can purchase more pillowcases. With the firmness of the pillow my spine is fully supported at all times no matter how I may move in my sleep. This means that I wake up with so much less pain and stiffness than I ever have before. And the quality of my sleep has vastly improved because I’m not having to wake up several times a night in order to rearrange the pillow or plump it up again so that I can be comfortable. During the day when I’m reading or using my computer my pillow works as a great leg rest which also helps with my spine. I’ve had the pillow for about a month now and can say that it has been one of the best purchases I’ve ever made in terms of positively affecting my sleep and my health. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

This pillow really helped my lower back, hip, and knee pain. I'm tall, about 5'11", and sleep on my side and back. This is the perfect length and firmness. Unfortunately, almost exactly a year after I started using it, the pillow lost its firmness, and the pain returned to my hips and knees. Works great until it doesn't.

This is the right height and density for what I was looking for. Actually used it between my knees at night a couple times. Slept pretty well! It's exactly what I needed for my massage table for clients too!

Had to go through a few body pillows before getting this one. I found that most pillows that have a synthetic fibre filling, even if they call themselves "extra stuffed" or some such terminology, tend to go flat pretty fast and lack density. This pillow is great because it is dense, almost weighted in its feeling, and retains it fullness feeling. Note: even after unpacking it and letting it sit for a while, it didn't fully expand for a few days. It probably took about 2 weeks for it to fully poof out and loosen up.

The one I received is not branded as “allsetthealth†it has no label tag and very low in height and just looks cheap and smells like its been perfumed. Packaging is also old and dirty.Returned.

I have found the half-moon bolster pillow is very good for under my knees also lower back.
