Directions all in Chinese. Broken parts including bolts and nuts don't even fit together. Plus they sent a flat head screwdriver even though all screws are Philip heads. Also if you try to return it only gives you an address in which it cost almost as much for you to send it back as the actual item costs.. Do not buy!!!

I bought 4 of these knee-chair to use in my garden. They took two weeks to arrived, when I opened the package, what a disappointment! Something that should look new, looks like a refurbished item or something that was in a garage for years. They are comfortable. My back doesn't hurt after working in my inground garden. I bought two for a gift, I'm not giving those because the way they look. :-(

The build quality of this product is not as advertised. Looks like it was made out of scrap metal, does not actually work or stay attached to your leg in any way.You will also be unable to get a refund for this product without paying shipping to China.

The product idea seems great but falls apart. I literally used the product for one day and the Velcro strap is falling apart. The seat is way too low and needs to be more of an angle. I regret buying this item.

This is great it’s been saving my knee. Be careful to not fall with it on it can twist up your knee. It’s sturdy, sort of easy to use and somewhat comfortable to use. Either way I feel it works well and it would have gotten 5 stars if it were adjustable and made of higher quality material.

This product is truly dangerous to use - especially for older folks. And you have to pay yourself to return it to China if it does not work for you. Best to stay away and not buy this product.

I found that it is difficult to move about and reposition with this item. Once in position it works well. I think it is best suited for occasional, light duty work and it really does save your knees.
