Material:
The friction material of the brake pad is less metal and non-asbestos, containing brass and DuPont Kevlar fiber. The backplane is made of stainless steel, and the outer layer is wrapped with a corrosion-resistant black surface spray paint coating.
Effective Running-in
The brake pads have been pre-"heated-in" before leaving the factory. The friction material has been under high temperature, and the excess air and other materials have been burned out, so that you can achieve the best braking effect as soon as possible when installing it

Several situations where brake pads must be replaced:
- When the wear indicator on the brake pad touches the brake disc;
- When the thickness of the brake pad is less than the minimum maintenance standard allowed by the vehicle manufacturer;
- When the brake pads are contaminated by oil or grease;
Remember!
- Never use oil or lubricant when maintaining and cleaning the brake pads. These ingredients will be absorbed by the brake pads, resulting in reduced braking performance and increased driving danger!

These fit OEM quality, seem to be wearing nicely in standard conditions and they were 15 bucks for a complete set. I usually run EBC brakes pads but I was in a pinch for a trip to Canada and this was for my secondary ATV a friend was going to use. I am pleased with these pads for the low cost.
