Had it for a week now?I assembled myself- one person. PITA to be sure, but can be done, without damaging anything. Just takes a bit more time. And a little creativity. Happy with the purchase. No complaints about the mattress. Or the frame. Or the hardware supplied.This is a 3 package shipment... I didn't know that... one box showed up before the other two...So, to give context, male, 5'9", 150. Assembled by myself, and can operate by myself. Easy? I wouldn't say real easy, just doable.Personally, I'd almost like a foot step. Seems to me feet are going to be dangling for 5'7" and below. 🤷â€â™‚ï¸I'd probably buy again... Not thrilled about paying for Indonesian built furniture, though. The wood is stitched together. But fit and finish is good. And no complaints about mattress.Bought it during Amazon day, got a bit of a discount, so I felt price was acceptable.

I purchased this queen futon and I couldn't be happier. The quality is amazing, no cheap / flimsy parts here, very sturdy! Now to the customer service, a month after purchasing the couch, I noticed a crack near a knot in the wood (yes, real wood). Fearing I would need to figure out how to return a fully assembled queen futon, I emailed the company at their "info" email. To my delight, I immediately got a response. Not the we need more info response. The sorry to hear that, here is the tracking number of your replacement part (arrived 2 days later). Story doesn't end there. While installing the replacement part, I'm convinced my dog ate 1 of the nuts. Had it, then it was gone. In a bind I emailed the company again to see if I can purchase 1. And again, sorry to hear that, here is the tracking number of the piece you need. You just don't see that kind of customer service anymore. You really get what you pay for and with this company, you get even more! Would highly recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect and haven't liked many futons in the past. This one is super comfortable and looks really good. Even though it looks good you'll need to lay on a blanket or cover because the button like pieces are uncomfortable on the skin. Overall super happy with this purchase.

We bought this futon about two months ago, and it is everything we were hoping for! We use it in our den/office to watch TV and hang out. It is very sturdy, even with two small children climbing all over it! We have had two guests sleep on it opened up, and they said it was very comfortable. I use a queen fitted sheet to protect the suede from daily use. The only negative is it was missing a bolt or two, but my husband was able to make it work with bolts he had on hand. Other than that, it looks and feels great!

The furniture was ordered from a distributor though Amazon. When only part of the order was delivered, the distributor ignored our request for help. However the manufacturer (Kodiak) provided superb customer service in locating the missing portions.The furniture is extremely solid and well designed for casual pieces. Backed up with excellent customer service, I am happy to recommend both product and manufacturer.

i got this bc my 3 yr old and 1 yr old didnt like there toddler bed. it came fast and undamaged. the smell does go away after a few days and this did not bother me....part of the process and fabreze helps this. there video on the youtubes is very helpful and nice that they did this. kids luv it and they jump on it with no issue
