My old handle broke, and unfortunately you can not replace just the plastic coupling inside the handle. It was nice to find a used one at a significant discount. It still looked newer than the one I was replacing.

This fit my Kohler Trend Faucet from late 1990's. See picture in case that helps. You can also search Kohler website and find some parts diagrams for this faucet if yours looks like this.

Looks good, worked fine. After ordering it I found other places that offered just the plastic part inside that is really all I needed, but too late. Also found out the I could have remedied my problem just by tightening the little set screw with a star bit from the inside.
