I needed a longer spout for my bathroom garden tub & this 7" spout performs much better than the previous one at 5" that barely cleared the side of the tub. It was easy to install and has a nice oil rubbed finish. I would definitely buy this again.

Nice looking bright brass shower arm upgrade. Doing bath remodel and replaced everything with bright brass look from Kohler. Was going to pick this up at Home Depot but they don't carry brass fixtures anymore so ordered it from Amazon .Can't beat the price and free shipping.

Shower arm is just as advertised. The color is a shiny brass just like in the picture and was perfect for our shower head and shower arm replacement project. No issues with it all. The quality was what you expect with a shower arm from Koehler. Came right on time and no crazy packaging to tear apart

Still waiting to change out the trim to chrome but looks just like the original. Hope it is better quality than the home depot specials.

I should have read the Amazon reviews before I ordered this, but like others, I put my trust in the Kohler name. What a mistake. Cheap steel escutcheon (flange) with razor sharp edges and poorly pressed shape. Looks nice in the picture but the included part is not like that at all. I bought a shower arm from the local big box store instead for $7.50 and the flange is stainless steel and perfectly concentric. Worse still, I emailed Kohler customer service and they didn't seem to know anything about this complaint, despite the many identical negative reviews.

The small piece that finishes the flange looked nothing like the image... more like a piece of tin. Instant Return.
