Installed on a Xt1 cub cadet. It's a direct fit replacement and install was simple. Have had 0 issues since it was put in. Old starter was hesitating upon key turn and this replacement took care of that problem. Good value for the money!!

Did not work out of the box. By the time I went through my entire Cub Cadet engine to figure out why it was not starting Amazon would not let me return it because I'd had it longer than 30 days. This is total BS I had to figure out it was the brand new starter after going through carburetor valves relay and then I could not return a brand new starter that never worked out of the box. Do not buy this product.
