Nice fan for the money. Everything functions as expected and it’s easy to install. My only concerns are will the top cover hold up, it vibrates a little (bounces around) if windy outside. So, make sure to put it down if windy. The actuator for the lid is just one metal bar attached via three screws into the plastic lid. This might be strong, but only time will tell. The unit also lets you control the height of the lid, so you can put it barely open and on low if it’s windy or sprinkling. I’m also going to spray the circuit board inside with a water resistant electric spray, as I’ve read moisture has damaged the Fantastic Fan brand that way. Because people use it to extract moisture, the humidity can corrode the circuit board. You can buy specific electrical sprays for this or use an acrylic spray. On this fan, the circuit is actually behind a wall of plastic, so it might not need the spray. I’m not sure if the board on the Fantastic Fan is exposed to the air flow.? The remote also works great (has an LCD display), but a back light would have been nice. I’m also not sure if it’s a brushless motor, as there’s no notes related to that. But, I think it is.

Bought 2 of these for my sprinter van. I had Max air fans that did the job, but were taller than I liked because I am trying to stay on the stealth side. These fans are shockingly quiet. Those max fans were a lot louder than these.Easy function remote, I like the off button the most. It’s shuts the lid and fan off with one easy press.10 speeds, in and out air. This thing is worth the buy

It's overall pretty good not crazy about the plastic mounting flange but it does the job also you can't change the auto temp settings it's set to 78 that's it. The remote is kinda hard to see very dim yes there are new batteries in it.. the lid does NOT open on its own when you turn it on. But it closes when you turn it off .and it will not fit under the maxxi air covers .UPDATE. after using it for a few weeks I can say the rain sensor does not work it just rains in never closes .I have 2 of these and neither 1 works right .

My travel trailer had a very basic vent and fan in the bathroom and when the tiny motor burned out I decided to replace it with something more powerful. This Kohree fan is a direct replacement that fits right into the standard 14" roof hole. Just unscrew the old one, screw in this one, seal up with caulk and the included seam tape and you're all set to go.I love having 10 speeds on the fan and it is MUCH more powerful than the standard DC exhaust fans found in most campers. It has a feature that automatically closes it when it sense rain which can be a lifesaver if you're out when it starts pouring rain. It will also automatically start the fan when the inside temperature reaches 78.8°F but there's no way to adjust the temperature at which it automatically starts. The included remote is easy to use and comes with a little holder that can be mounted on the wall for easy access. The remote itself can also be mounted directly onto the wall as a sort of thermostat control panel instead of handheld remote. It's a very nice system that really improves the ventilation dramatically.

This is a pretty feature rich rv roof fan that is offered at a really good price point for as many options as it includes. I wish the mounting flange were a little sturdier but it should work fine if you’re careful during the install and use plenty of butyl tape. Compared to the big name brand version of this fan with similar features it’s an incredible bargain and I’d highly recommend it.
