Bought this grill guard for my 07 Tacoma Prerunner and it arrived today. The box was beat up and there was a hole about 6in square on one end. I could see through the hole that a couple of the pieces were slightly scuffed up. I was extremely doubtful about completely opening it and considered sending it back. But I opened and thankfully all of the pieces and bolts were there. The instructions were half-assed and most of the pieces had small scuffs and scratches on them. I was finally able to put it together and install it. At a distance the grill guard looked great but as you got closer you were able to see the imperfections. My Tacoma being a bit on the rough side, it didn't affect much the condition the grill guard came in, since it was supposed to be "Brand New" but if your truck is in pristine condition, you'll definitely have an issue with this. Would I buy products from that brand again, probably not.
