I use it on a Hobonichi Cousin, and found it quite compatible. I use the orange one much more than the green one, it's great for bracketing on the weekly spread, and also wonderful to draw a quick dashed line or curly line whenever I need to break the page for a new paragraph. They are very sleek, readily to be stored inside Honbonichi cover, and can double as a bookmark as well.

These are great if you have an A6 small journal with delicate paper and act as a great way to organize and create a system for reminders, tracking the weather, bullet. The cons, they really require a fine point gel tip to work so you have to be patient and depending on your paper/ink. I found that Le pens work great with this but you have to take your time and use this more of a planning in advance and scheduling your day vs. Note taking on the fly as you’ll experience smearing on some of the higher quality journal papers.I could see being able to use a higher quality fine point mechanical pencil on thicker but smooth note paper for refining notes or creating a visual oriented study guide. I did use them to plan out lesson plans on the road or for brainstorming. I just wish they were bigger or had a design that would stay in my journal more easily.
