These are great. Used on my Yamaha 550 Grizzly 2013. Was concerned that they wouldn't fit over the handlebars because I've got some GPS gear on there, but they are plenty big. I can't imagine them not fitting on hardly anything.I am a soil sampler and spend 8+ hours a day on my ATV. I have heated grips but terrible circulation and go pretty fast between samples, so when it gets down to 20 degrees or so my fingers get numb pretty quickly. I can't wear bulky gloves because I have to handle samples and my touchscreen recon computer. With these mitts, I can actually turn my heated grips to low, and could sample without gloves if I wanted to! (still use light gloves to keep hands from drying out.) The don't seem to be super insulated, but they keep the wind and cold air off your hands, which is all that matters (heated grips help a lot too).Additionally, I have to get off the ATV every 2.5 acres (30-60 seconds between samples). I was concerned that it would be a huge pain to put my hands in and out of these every other minute, but they have a big enough opening for your hands that it doesn't slow me down much. In fact I think it saves time because now I don't have to heat my hands in the exhaust every several samples pulled.Great product. May not last as long as some of the more expensive models, but great impact on the ATV and great value for the $.

I do not know how these work on a motorized snowmobile, ATV, or motorcycle, but they have been excellent to use on my bicycle as I commute once or twice/week in Michigan. My commute is nearly 10 miles each way, and as the temps dropped into the 30's (F) my hands were getting colder and colder. None of my gloves could compete with the winds on the open roads where I ride. I looked into a bicycle specific brand, and found their products to be very costly, though purpose built (and probably a more perfect fit than these). Another cyclist suggested a look at these, and I decided to take the plunge.I had to buy a grommet set and cut a hole in the end of the left one to accommodate my mirror, but once that was in place, it was fine. I also use zip-ties to cinch the end closest to the stem as tightly as I can to the bike, which prevents cold air from getting in at all. Since I did that, I have found it to be toasty warm for my hands while riding. I could probably get by without gloves if not for needing to occasionally grab a drink of water, or signal for stopping/turning. As it is I wear some of my lightest gloves now and still my hands feel warm enough that I feel like I wouldn't need the gloves at all, and that's been at temps now down to 18 (F). The opening isn't terribly hard to reach into, even while riding, but as some reviewers say, they don't always keep the best shape so it can be a bit tricky. No problems for me, though.Overall, I really like them. I have a huge amount of space in the grip area so that braking and gear shifting are no problem. I can't speak to how they fit over motorized vehicles with throttles, etc., but for me they've been an excellent and economical hack to help me continue my occasional commuting during the cold Michigan winter.

I’ve just tried these for the first time and they were not much use on my snow machine (snow mobile). The cuffs have support in them to hold the mitt open - which is great, unfortunately the mitt sleeve is not wide enough to accommodate the jacket I need to stay warm. The distance from the cuff to the handlebar is so long it makes it difficult to access controls in winter wear. These would be good in summer on a 4 wheeler when wearing lighter clothes. In fact the hand guards are perfect for protection against summertime plants or other debris. If I remember I will update this after summer use, but these are not good for winter activities in my opinion.

Installed on 2014 Can Am Renegade 800X XCThey are warm, no doubt. Kept my hands from freezing wearing normal riding gloves this past weekend in a good snow. I added a hand warmer in each just in case my first time out and it helps jump start my hands after I have them out for one reason or another. Block wind, water, and brush well.1 star deducted for two reasons.1: The do not fit over the stock Hand guards while the wind deflector is installed. I managed to squeeze them on, but they were so tight I could not actuate any of the buttons, especially the winch control. Worse, is there was no enough room for a gloved hand to operate the throttle. When letting off the throttle it wouldn't reset completely applying 5% throttle without holding it... not good.I removed the wind deflector taking out the two torx bolts and left the frame attached to the handlebars. This gave it enough slack to install and allow me to operate winch controls and lights2: Even after getting more wiggle room with deflectors off, I had one instance where the cover still held the throttle in slightly. Luckily I was expecting it to happen during the ride as it was a test and was quick to brake and pull throttle lever back out. So the design is the second reason. they need to add a larger pocket area where the throttle goes so there is no chance it can catch. I imagine without the hand-guard frame it will leave plenty of room but I fear without the rail there to keep the mitts in place, they may droop or hang on the brake lever. Perhaps I will test this next.

These just arrived in time for cold weather. Would definitely recommend.Pros: Pretty impressed with the quality given the low price point. They were able to fit on my BMW R1200RS without any issue and cinched down well with the string pulls to block out wind and secure tightly to the handlebars. Very warm.Cons: Given their use in cold weather, it would be nice if the hand holes were a little larger to accommodate a heavier jacket/gloves. It’s a tight fit to get my hands in when I’m wearing all of my gear. The material could also be a little thicker, but it wouldn’t make sense for them to do so at this low of a price.

Fit my 2015 Grizzly perfectly. They slid over the bulky brake reservoir thingy on the handlebars and close at the ends to stop the air from being forced in. There is plenty of room inside to operate the controls and the lining is a nice sheepskin texture making it nice and warm and comfortable. There is a plastic covering on the front facing part outside to add some protection from branches striking them. Absolute no brainer these, awesome mitts.

Bought these to go on my mountain bike. They work perfectly. They allow great access to the brakes and shifterthey'really easy to get my hands in and out, and warm enough on their own to ride at 0 degrees C. And they feel well made and very robust.

These came same day and in time for me to get them on before heading to work. It's about a 30km ride to work and the temps were 14 degrees C. Not cold but still a good test. They dressed up my CBR500R, replacing a lost set I bought a few years back. They'd probably work better with actual handle bars verses the clip-ons she has. That's because, the part that slips onto the bars were too long for her clip-ons. The result were curious looks of nearby motorist at fits of erratic honking. After pulling over and tying the 2 drawstring together in an attempt to hold the muff more securely inward, I became less of a hooligan. I say less because sometimes under wind pressure the horn still liked to sing and the hazards gave a bit of a light show. A 2nd stop was needed to make her behave. At speeds of 100Kph I'm surprised at how solid they held their shape. That that speed lesser pairs of muff would have pushed on the brakes slowing the girl down or even worse on the clutch making her slip. But that didn't happen so we able to enjoy the ride. Now on comfort. These were quite warm actually. Too warm I would say for this crisp autumn night. They would be great if the ports for my hands were larger. I had little trouble getting my hands in and out of them but there was little room for ventilation as they seemed to hug snuggly around the sleeve of my jacket. I can see the benefits for colder rides if my CBR is willing. She does have factory heated grips that would sear my palms even without the ovens these muffs would become. Her old set kept my paws warm at -7 degrees C. And that's my limit, not hers or the muffs. I'm sure these would serve weather even colder if only I was a better man.So in short, these worked out fine and I will grow into them, once the kinks are ironed out. But they were not what I was looking for in terms of fit. But that's due to my preference for the attractive sporty types. If I ever get a more laid back ride, this might suit her better.

I installed these on an older grizzly 660. They are a little stiff with the firm rubber being up top. More than once when going to put my hands in i have had the gas be pressed as its a little cluttery up by the throttle. They are a good mitt when your hands are in them but the negatives on the throttle issue outweigh the good. They may be better on another machine but i would not purchase them again for mine. That being said i will continue to use them as im not gonna go buy another set.
