We're Floridians so when we were in Washington DC for an extended time, my son complained constantly about his hands being cold. These mittens did the trick. Not another complaint. Of course we didn't need them after leaving the Washington area, so we gave them to a local nursery school. GREAT durable mittens.

They run very small, my daughter had one pair from a different brand in a size small or extra small and they were a little big on her this pair I bought a medium and it fits her just right. My daughter is four years old and she's true to size

I bought the Youth Large for my 10 year old daughter and they are way too small. The thumb hole seems very shallow too.

Due to the thumb design, which is two layers of fleece and no waterproof lining. It gets wet quickly in 5 mins of snow playing. Not recommend as a snow mitten, just for cold weather.

I like how these can fit over my son's coat sleeve. The only thing that i didn't like was trying to determine what size to get. Go a size bigger than you think.
