I have purchased quite a few of these and I combine them with cotton that I hand pick and deseed. It creates a really nice smooth roving that spins up beautifully. I love the colors and plan to buy more of these as I branch out into other fiber combinations.

My Irish sweater has been well eaten.I don't want to give it up, so I tried needle felting the holes. It's working.After using purple and blue wool roving, I decided I want it to stay grey.The felting repairs are slow going, but they are working well.
