We have a German Shepherd who LIVES for playing Frisbee. These red KONG flyers are the BEST dog frisbees on the market as far as durability and 'fly-ability' goes. These are easy for people to throw, fun for dogs to chase and catch, and easy for dogs to pick up with their mouths. They're super durable, too, but 'squishy' so that they won't hurt your dog if the dog happens to take frisbee to the face.Over time, especially when left in the sun, the center of these frisbees weaken - that's when we know it is time to replace one, because soon every 'catch' with the dog's mouth will make a puncture and eventually you'll get a big hole in the middle. They'll still fly, though.We've tried the lesser-known brand of frisbees for dogs - none of them come close to KONG.

I never write reviews but have a 40 pound herding dog mix and this frisbee (in small) is literally the ONLY thing she will play fetch with. It has become a comfort object for her. It’s a great size for her mouth, easy to clean and survives being left in the yard all day/night. It is really hardy, but can tear if used in tug of war sessions (still works great with holes). I hope they never stop making this frisbee :)

This frisbee is a game-changer for my dog! As a heavy chewer, he usually destroys fabric frisbees in minutes, but the KONG Flyer holds up amazingly well. The natural rubber is tough enough to resist his chewing while still being gentle on his teeth.At first, I thought it might be too flimsy, but I was completely wrong. Once you throw it, it glides beautifully—better than most plastic or fabric ones I’ve tried. It also flies farther, making it perfect for outdoor playtime and giving my pup the exercise he loves. Highly recommend it for anyone with a dog who loves to chew and chase!

High quality rubber, and I rate it almost indestructible. She has much fun with it. Being one solid piece, it Is simple to clean at the outside spigot. It size is perfect for her. We love it so far.

I love the Kong Frisbee and have bought a number of them, both for myself and others. They last for years and the dogs are crazy about them. The soft rubber is easy on their teeth. They fly well and do not tear under the pressure of strong tugging and vigorous chewing. I have never had one wear out with some big, strong dogs who are vigorous chewers. I have lost them. Great product!I was disappointed that this one arrived open, scratched up and with a black stain on it. It had some sort of powdery residue that showed up when you scratched it with a finger nail. However, I washed the frisbee, which got off the residue and the scratch marks. I had planned to give it as a gift, but due to the condition of the frisbee and the packaging which was open, my dogs got it.This Frisbee is a little less tough and more flexible than my other Kong frisbee which was purchased within the last year. It bends and stretches more easily. My larger dog folds it like a crepe in her mouth. I am concerned her teeth could tear it when we play tug. This frisbee is also a paler red than the other one, and paler than any other Kong products I have. I am not sure why this is. Have they changed their formula? Are they made differently in different parts of the world? Was this a bad batch? This frisbee still flies well, but it is a step down from the others.The Kong Frisbee is the best dog frisbee I am aware of and I strongly recommend it. This is still a good one, just not as good and I don't know why.

I have a young energetic Belgium Malanois, if a cloth Frisbee lasts 2 weeks I'm happy.I bought the Kong Flyer, love it.I don't let her have it as a chew toy, just a fetch it toy.She has not put a hole in it, and she is an ugressive chewer... and it doesn't cut her gums like the hard plastic disks do when she catches it.It is a bit heavy, takes a hit more effort to throw, but well worth it.

One of my Dog's favorite toys to go and fetch. Its large enough and the fact that its pliable rubber, he likes to chew on it sometimes without him being able to tear it into pieces. Other brands have not done as well!

Seems pretty durable, but would not hold up to a dog just always having it around as a toy. It should hold up to normal use, but I then have to put it up after each play time in order to ensure that my dogs do not continue to just chew on it and tear it up.

Finde die kleiner Variante besser. Unser Dobermann freut sich riesig über dieses Spielzeug. Sie lässt sich perfekt werfen und fliegt auch recht weit.Da sie super robust ist, kann man auch mal ordentlich dran ziehen.Wer seinem Hund eine Freude machen möchte, sollte zugreifen.

Bought this thinking my German Shepard would tear it to shreds within a few days. Like the other Kong product I purchased, It has lasted well. Does not glide in the air like a conventional frisbee, but it has soft rubberised edges that ensures that my pet is not hurt when attempting to catch it ( a frisbee spins when it flies).It's nice to see my German Shepard leap in the air and catch the frisbee. It has helped make him more athletic and is a good way to exercise him.
