This salt cellar is delightful; it is heavy-weight glass, and it is beautifully crafted. Plus it meets the need I had which was to get a pinch of Celtic salt without reaching deep into the product's plastic bag. I will add a small spoon that fits inside the jar to keep from contaminating the salt.The container is not dishwasher safe. But it took me about 4 minutes to wash and dry it by hand.There are several colors as well as a clear container, but the green seems a natural color for storing Celtic salt. I'm trying to think of other ways to use these containers since they look pretty on the cabinet.

This salt cellar is very beautiful and so functional. The glass is very smooth and well made, and the lid fits perfectly. Its quite roomy too. I can fit almost a whole pound of salt in it. KooK is a very good company, and their quality control is on spot. Ive purchased a couple of them in different colors. I use one for salt in the kitchen, and one for small things in the bathroom. They look sleek and great in either setting. At this price point, you can get a few. You will LOVE this. !!

This is functional and also beautiful.We previously had a small dish on the countertop with Kosher salt in it. This has a lid, which is much better.My husband does the cooking. The size is large enough for his hand.The glass is translucent and quite beautiful. We have task lights, and they really bring out the beauty of the glass.

I love the color of this salt cellar--it looks really good in my kitchen and lives on the counter full time. The perfect size to get your hand in there, I love flinging a pinch of salt from the cellar like Salt Bae but without the elbow. I feel like I'm a chef on Food Network using it. The only improvement I would ask for is a silicone lip that would keep the top securely attached. This one just sits loosely on top, although it does let you get in there easily if your other hand is full of utensils and probably not a big issue. So minus one for the lid not being secure, but a great and sturdy product otherwise.

This glass salt cellar is stylish and well-crafted. It holds more than a sufficient amount of salt. Although the lid does not seal completely and fits somewhat loosely, I do not find this to be an issue. I have purchased two for myself and others as gifts... Might even get more!I experienced an issue where one item I received had a chip on the lid. However, I contacted the company, and they responded promptly, sending a replacement immediately. Excellent customer service which is something in this day and age!

Salt shakers are okay, but salting water has an obvious condensation problem, and it's easy to use. Fabulous looking too, goes great with our other kitchen stuff.
