First one was a dud and heated up, but the replacement works great!! It is quiet and keeps wines at the desired temps for red (top) and Chardonnay (bottom). Fit under our counter perfectly.

The size and attractiveness of the 12 bottle unit was perfect for what I needed. I was a little leery after reading other customer reviews, mainly regarding temperature control, but decided to jump in anyway. Sure enough I kept experiencing varying temperature degrees. The red wine area stayed above the recommended temp of 18°C (would not go below 26°C) and thus started my telephone calls and emails to Customer Service. Thank you Stephanie (you have the patience of a Saint) for the suggestions and resolving the issue for me! I'm so happy with my purchase and can now have my chilled wine whenever without compromising fridge space...."Salute"!

We have had this for several months and it keeps the bottom half at 42 degrees and the top at 54. Very quiet and it is in our living room. Highly recommend.

Glass front scattered out of the blue, creating very hazardous glass pieces. As this is tampered glass, this only happens when there is a pre-defect from manufacturing. Worse even was the reaction of the customer service, which does not want to replace the door, even a refurbished one for a low price, but even 44.95+shipping 15.95 is about 25% of a new fridge (also noticed I have a second fridge of the same brand). It will be me who has to assemble a new door as well and this is not even taken into account. Even worse, after I have accepted this offer, customer service if not able to send this out. I have a fridge, which is dangerous to use and I cannot enjoy cooled wine in the late summer. My room temperature has always been moderate, no direct sunlight, so this is clearly bad quality and after 4 weeks discussion with customer service, this bad quality continues.

This was bought for keeping chocolate at 68 degrees, and when first purchased it worked well. The only issue is that this thing wasn't built to last very long. After about a year and a half it quit cooling and basically was put out to the trash. I don't know, maybe I'm naive but I think if you pay nearly $200 for a product it should last more than two years. But that's just me.

After figuring out how to use this cooler, it turns out that it is excellent product for storing wine.The part you don't even know it is there. It is very quiet.

Il ne garde pas la temperature ajusté .Je suis obligé de regler la temperature à toutes les semaines ca fait 3 semaines qu'il est installé et toujours pareil.J'ai trouvé le probleme du pourquoi . C'est parce qu'il a eu des coupures de courant et il ne garde pas les températures en mémoire.C'est pour cela que je change mon évaluation
