The 16-inch length in yellow gold (clasp is marked 10K F) is very delicate looking. It's hardly noticeable but is exactly what I wanted. It's been on 24/7 since I received it 2 months ago. Through showers/sleep/work, everything it has stayed on. No change in color. If snagged it seems like it will break but for normal wear it's sturdy and perfect. Pretty and delicate and very well made! Note that the clasp is very tiny but not an issue for small adult hands; I needed a jewelers magnifier to read the gold rating 😂

PROS: I was looking for a 10k gold, 16†long and 0.7mm wide chain and selected this one. I ordered a similar necklace from a well-known jewelry store for over $100 that has a triangle pendant attached. I wanted to make a shorter version to layer with a bumblebee pendent I own. This chain was a perfect match to the jewelry store chain. They look so similar that I’m now nervous the jewelry store overcharged me for what might be the same chain I found on Amazon.CONS: When it arrived - it was SO THIN and SO SMALL that I dropped it a few times and couldn’t find it. It looks and feels very fragile and dainty. The jewelry store chain definitely feels stronger, even though it looks nearly identical. I’m nervous that this Amazon chain will get tangled on clothes or hair and break. If that happens, it’s so light that you wouldn’t even know.

Most of the time when I see a negative review, I admit I assume misuse on the part of the owner, but holy cow. This morning I put the chain on with a very small, lightweight pendant I recently purchased. I noticed that the clasp was kind of too strong. After wearing it while I got ready, I decided I didn't like the length or the chain type for this particular pendant, so I went to take it off and prepare it for a return, and it came off surprisingly easily...THE CLASP WAS COMPLETELY BROKEN.This is a poor design. The strength of the clasp mechanism is too much for how dainty it is, so my best guess is that it breaks very easily as a result. I have small, skinny fingers, and it was tough to use even for me. I had been hoping this would work, since I wanted 10k to match the pendant, but I'll be returning this chain, and purchasing another one from Jewlpire. I have a nice box chain from there that I would have used if the loop had fit through the bail. I recommend anyone seeing this does the same.

The 16 inch chain that I had intended to use with my new 14k w/ diamonds pendant has a clasp that won't go through the pendant's loop. That's why I ordered this chain. It's a pretty chain and fits the pendant's loop. The ring clasp is not much bigger than the chain, but I was able to secure it without assistance. It seems strong enough. I am wearing it every day. I would recommend.Update: The chain broke after 8 months. It just fell off. Glad I noticed it and didn't loose my pendant

I got this to replace the chain on my locket. I ordered the 18†and I’m fairly certain they sent me a 16†but it’s no big deal, it’s a $2 price difference and the original chain was 16â€. It is VERY thin and fragile to the touch, which is what I wanted, but I did not expect it to be this thin. It’s not a problem for me because I prefer thinner chains, but if you want something with a bit more substance this isn’t for you. Wouldn’t recommend sleeping in it or wearing it to places like waterparks or anything. The clasp is extremely small and difficult to navigate so I wouldn’t recommend this if you have fine motor skill issues or struggle with small clasps. Other than that it’s beautiful and I’m fairly happy with it, I just wish it was longer and easier to close.

Sending an apology. This item is stamped with 10K gold. It's truly so small that I needed to strain and use a bright light and magnifying glass to see it. It is as it was described.

its ok, but very light and delicate not sure about it, but I do think its overpriced for what you get.
