This is a great stool, it's good for sitting on an hour or so at a time--obviously there's no padding which makes it better as something to switch to once in a while as opposed to prolonged sitting. I finally figured out that the black pad it comes with is meant to be placed on the seat of the chair to prevent you from sliding off--it gives some friction so that you stay on the stool when you rock around on it. I invested in another active seating upholstered chair that I love for the padding, but you have to apply more force to get a stretch in. This is smaller and more lightweight and is easier to move around on while seated. I place it atop a yoga mat on my wood floor, without that, it seems like it would slide around when you rock on it. I recommend it, a good purchase, very sturdy, all the parts seem well constructed, and love that it's height adjustable.

I was afraid this would be difficult to assemble, but instructions were straight forward and easy. My only question was the rubber pad that came in the box and I wasn’t sure if it went on the seat or the bottom of the base. Fortunately they responded in the Q&A that it goes on the base to avoid skidding and damage on floors. It’s sturdy and the adjustable arm works nicely. I even sat in it and had no problems. My daughter loves it and hopefully it’ll help keep the wiggles at bay while in virtual school. It was worth the extra money getting this model so that it will grow with her.

This was a gift for my 10 year old daughter to go with her desk. She loves to wiggle and enjoys classrooms with flexible seating. It was her favorite gift. I love that it came quickly, was easy to assemble and is sturdy enough that I can sit on it. Also great that it is height adjustable to grow with my growing girl! I wish the the seat was not a hard plastic and had a softer squish to it, but she didn't give it a second thought!

Love how comfortable this seat is and how you can adjust the hight. Just wish the base would not fall off when I pick it up to move it.

This chair is perfect for my son. He used it at school and lives it. We had a non-adjustable that he’s outgrown after 3 years of use. He’s nearing the height limit for the largest non-adjustable chair. This has plenty of room to grow. It would easily work for a tall adult, but also works for an average 4th grade child. I wish schools would invest in these for all of their students. They’re amazing.

I purchased this for my 6 year old son for remote learning as he’s a wiggler. The adjustable mechanism has already broken and he can only sit at his desk on the lowest setting. When he gets out of the seat it goes to the highest setting. Literally he has used it for less than 30 days as he didn’t start using this stool until after winter break. Amazon says the return window has closed so I’m stuck here with a chair that put my sons face inches from the desk.**update** kore did send me a replacement stool, the lift on this doesn’t work either. This one didn’t work from the start and is stuck at the lowest spot.

Got this for my 7 year old for our remote learning days at home. We needed an alternative from the kitchen chairs. This is great and easy to adjust. It is sturdy enough for kids and can be easily moved when needed. It is just as advertised and we are pleased with this product.

This is a good quality chair with great features and great colors, but I prefer the wobble chair I got that is all one piece and does not adjust. This adjustable one is designed so that the top and bottom can be easily (too easily) removed from the post, and my students too often accidentally remove either the top or the bottom, then the whole class has to comment on it ("he broke the chair!"). It's also too easy for the student to adjust the height, and then they can't get it back to the height they want which creates additional interruption. The idea was to give extra fidgety kids a way to keep their bodies busy so they can keep their minds on the lesson, but their constant fidgeting with the adjustable/removable features of this chair is a big distraction. I should note I teach art so I have 30 different kids ranging from K-5 sitting in this chair during the week. It would be better for a regular classroom where one student could learn to use it with fewer issues.

This product was quick to assemble and my kid with ASD and ADHD is a lot more focused with her home schooling. The only down side is that the top is a hard plastic. Would be better if it had some padding.

I've had my wobble stool for a few years now and it has always worked like a dream.... Until it didn't! It's been five years though, so it's understandable that the piston had gotten a leak. I'm not complaining. What I would like to highlight though, is the PHENOMENAL customer service I had received! Prompt responses, and they were so patient to troubleshoot with me. They will have my business forever. ðŸ‘ðŸ¼
