This is a great wrist support that I use for keeping my wrist from breaking form while releasing my bowling ball. It was challenging for me to figure the fit out but it is perfect now and I don't bowl without it. Keeps my wrist in alignment. When I bowl a lot of games my wrist perspires so I bought a second to wear when I'm washing the other one. (by hand).

Occasionally I get wrist pain so have used rigid bowling wrist supports. So far this support has negated any pain but has given me more maneuverability with my hand and fingers when releasing the ball.

Had to replace it with an XL size. The medium is mainly for people with small hands and wrists. like a typical 9 year old wrist.
