I build wooden models and occasional use brass rods and strips, however, finding the exact size in local hobby stores and a crap shoot since they can only carry so many. For exact sizes when exact measurements call for it, shopping here works although it would be nice to find sizes and types all listed together.

This is NOT brass, I should have read more careful, it is metal plated with brass. I managed to make it work but it was difficult it is hard to cut & bend !

I use it for a shim on diamond plates when flattening plane blades. It is a little long for my purposes, so I cut off about 3 inches. Easy to do with a pair of shears. It came with now kinks or blemishes on it. Perfect thickness for what I needed.

Product description clearly states 3 pieces, I only received one. Seems like another reviewer had the same problem. Amazon needs to update the description to reflect the true quantity of the item.

Received only one strip instead of the 3 pieces stated as being included. Luckily the one piece is enough for my needs. I'll avoid seller in the future.

The order was supposed to be 3 pieces. I only received 1. The product seems good quality but I can't endorse a product that baits and switches customers.
