its hard to find long push rod but with these a simple Z bend and they are longer than most will ever need. fast shipping . will buy again when I need more push rods.

Exactly what I ordered. 1 meter long and 1 mm outside diameter. Looked for this as 'pushrod' for RC planes all over the internet, but no luck. Turns out that 'piano wire' is the same thing, although listed as 'music wire'. Anyway, this stuff is perfect and way cheaper as piano wire than what I would have paid for pushrods.

As the title say, it's larger than 5mm. I needed this to fit inside flanged bearings for a taileron on an RC F-18 scratchbuild. I have some stainless rods from a laser cutter supply place and those are 4.97mm and fit the bearings, but I need to make a 90 degree bend on the end to transfer torque from the servos to the tailerons, and the stainless steel wires just broke when I tried to bend it with a K&S Wire bender. I though it'd try music wire, I've used it many times over the years in model building, but this stuff is too large.

If the actual product is labeled in millimeters, then why use inches in the product description? .09 inches is not 2.5mm!
