It’s tall enough that you can still move freely on the rig. I am 6.1 and have trouble finding a portable rig that I can actually use.

So far, it is absolutely exactly what I wanted. It has good height for an indoor piece. When it was marketed as lightweight and portable I figured it would be easy enough to put up on my own, boy was I wrong. While I still girl bossed this thing putting it up, it has to weigh somewhere around 150-200lbs. Its steel piping, I had to use a dolly to get it in the house. With that being said it is quite sturdy and I wont be traveling with it so I am pretty satisfied. This is best if youre doing Aerial yoga as the height doesnt allow for much upward movement on the silks. You will need a daisy chain or something to connect to the bar, luckily all my silks already came with the daisy chains and all the other attachments. The stability or safety straps have the ability to go higher or lower on the rig so they wont be in your way, they dont have to be placed in the center. I would recommend this to someone with at least 12ft ceilings (what I have and it got pretty close to the ceiling when lifting it up during setup) or to someone who is using it outdoors. The legs do stick out to the sides a bit so they arent completely parallel when looking straight on which is good for me but could compromise someones space if not accounted for. I would buy again.

This rig does not have an eyebolt to hook into. You need to use a daisy chain or hammock hitch for rigging to the stand. Due to the safety straps that secure the sides, anyone over 4'6" will have trouble performing any climb and then going horizontal. It is almost impossible to even do a hipkey because the safety straps interfere. This is not stable enough for quick inversions and certainly can't safely be used for any drops. This would probably be find for a conditioning rig. Had it not been a pain to return it, I would have returned for my money back. I ended up giving it to a friend for their child to use.

It’s nice and sturdy! It’s pretty easy to put together but there are some instructions that could be better shown.
