These are very comfortable and high quality sandals and are true to size , I wear a size 12 and I ordered size 13 thinking they would run small but no they are what they say they are and wish I would have ordered size 12 , but let me tell you the arch support is incredible very firm but plenty of cushion . My dislike is there is so much comfort they are very thick so if you are 6ft 3in like me these will make you 6ft 5in which I don't need to be any taller but if your a shorter person these would be great for you .

Bought these when I was dealing with extended & painful ankle tendonitis. Hoped they'd provide a "miracle cure." No such luck, of course. They weren't any better at alleviating the pain than other sandals and shoes. But as my ankle improved, the KuaiLu became my favorite sandal. They're cushy and comfortable while also providing ankle and arch support. The thick soles also add about an inch to my height, an unexpected plus for a shrinking octogenarian. One thing to note: if you have flat feel like mine, the adjustable velcro straps (a great feature) may prove to be too long and will stick way out from the sandal's edge when you tighten them as far as they will go. You can also run out of room for attaching the velcro. I ended up customizing the straps by attaching bike helmet foam pads to the inside along with extra velcro. Worked fine. Will be my regular indoor sandals from here on.

This is a very great cushiony sandals. Initially took some getting used too. I'm a big and tall guy with size 14 -6E feet. Gave these pair about a week to break in and they are very comfortable. I use them on my daily walks around my neighborhood and even on my recent vacation trips and it didn't disappoint. Straps easily adjustable and holds securely. Definitely recommend these sandals.

These are really comfy sandals. I've worn Birkenstocks for years but always felt like I was kind of stumping around in them, and wanted to try something with a similar structure but more bounce/padding, and these definitely have that! I also have very high arches and was looking for a sandal with good support, and while these are definitely not flat, I'd characterize the arch support as maybe "medium" in comparison to something like a Birk that conforms to your foot over time.My only criticism is that I wish the straps tightened more. That being said, they've never slid off my foot unexpectedly, so they do their job. Overall, good shoe, glad I bought it.

ok, at first I tried to tighten the straps to snuggly fit my feet... big mistake. The straps hung over and lifted up like the pictures seen from a different review. Walking also was uncomfortable as the straps were rubbing the top of my feet in a bad way. I then adjusted the straps basically where they initially were when I received them. It felt like this was going to be too loose and they may just fly off if I started to walk. They worked perfect now! Stayed on my feet comfortably when walking around, no more rubbing irritation. I can feel extra arch support a bit, however I do not have arch support issues, so no useful feedback for people who require extra support. I am size 10 shoe, and size 10 is what I ordered, perfect fit, no need to size up or down.

Only drawback is I have tightened them as much as they will go. I could use them a bit more snug.

They seem well made, they are adjustable, comfortable, and they make me about an inch taller! They run a little small i wear 8 to 8-1/2 usually ordered a 9 and fit perfectly.

I wear size 13 and have very bad flat feet. I wear orthotic inserts in my shoes and boots and have paid $300 for custom orthopedic flip flops (not worth $300). These sandals are so comfortable and the arch support is very good! Thank you to those who reviewed these with the same kind of bad feet I have, they were spot on about these being very comfortable, very affordable sandals. I can wear these for hours on our boat and my feet and back don't hurt.

Been wearing them daily for the past 2 months.1- very comfortable2- shows no wear or tear3- when I first got them I tightened the straps but they didn’t look good so I put them back to where they were when shipped. Didn’t fit as tight but actually they were very wearable and comfortable like this. Felt a little different at first but wouldn’t want to wear them any other way. A definite buy if your looking for comfortable sandals.

If you have Achilles or foot issues, these are the sandals you want. Excellent product. Showing no wear at 1 month, makes walking much easier.

Bought these for my father in law for Christmas. He likes the slide ins but has had such a hard time finding ones that are wide. He said these fit him perfectly , comfortable and wide enough. Good quality, comfortable for walking , stylish and great price
