This was a present for our son & his wife and I was nervous about how the quality would be after I ordered it. After assembling the first piece I felt comfortable that it would be sturdy, comfortable and good looking. The assembly was not super easy, but total assembly time was maybe 2.5-3 hours for the whole set. Directions were clear, and after I switched to a driver and a T25 bit instead of the incuded (in every box) allen wrench it sped up considerably. The feet are adjustable, the fire table works well, the cushions are comfy and the whole thing looks very nice on their patio. It is cleverly designed and very well packaged. It also costs about what we were going to have to pay for the sofa and coffee table alone, so definitely a win. To be fair, I renovate houses & am comfortable putting together Ikea stuff, so what is easy to me may be slightly harder for some folks, but pay CLOSE attn to the instructions and keep the screws and parts organized and you should have no problem.

When looking for an outdoor furniture set I was looking for one with a fire place and a larger couch set up that was modular enough to move things around, and this was what I wanted.This set is easy to understand how to build. It is about 4 large boxes. I enjoy building furniture and legos, but this took me about 3 days to build everything at a comfortable rate on my own. The great thing is that each piece of furniture is lite weight.In terms of quality it hit and went a bit higher than my expectations. The wicker chairs are well made and there are plenty of spare parts if you need them later for nuts, screws and bolts.One purchase you will want to consider is a 230 Gallon outdoor storage unit as the seat cushions and pillows take up a lot of space, unless this set is under a cover. However these cushions and pillows are so comfortable compared to other outdoor sets that I have slept on this when it was nice out.The fire place works well up to temperatures in the mid 50’s and up (fahrenheit), but once you go lower unless you are in an enclosed space it will get cold. Not to say the fire place isn’t good, it works well from the start but don’t expect it to fend off extreme cold.Would recommend this set for anyone that wants one that fills a space well, looks good and worth the month you spend.

This is the perfect sectional for my deck! My husband and I were able to assemble the whole set in about 3 hours. All the tools are included. It's not super heavy but seems well made. The cushions are nice and are held in place with velcro for the seats, and ties for the back cushions. We had plenty of hardware; no missing or damaged parts. The clips that hold the set together are well made. I appreciate the leveling devices on the cleats that attach to the bottom of each piece. There are no written directions; but the pictures are very easy to follow and there is a complete list of parts. Time will tell how well it holds up to outdoor conditions; but my first impressions are really good. Thinking of ordering a second set for the other end of the deck...

You’ll earn your merit badge assembling this set. Is not that it’s hard to do, there’s just quite a lot of it to be assembled. The instructions are pretty good and they provided a generous amount of spare hardware. I only had two problems. The wicker material completely covered on of the holes. I made a small cut with a box cutter and inserted the screw. In most places the screw passes through the frame and is secured with a nut. In a few places the nut is made into the frame. One off my pieces was missing that nut but it happened to be in an area where I could use a longer screw and add a nut.I’m 250lbs and the furniture feels sturdy and comfortable. I feel like we’ll be replacing the cushions with better quality a few months.The fire table is nice. Was surprised to learn that I can’t easily close the door with a standard 25lb cylinder. It can be done, but you have to hold the cylinder at an angle until the door is almost closed. Our fire table wouldn’t light so I contacted the seller via Amazon. They replied promptly and asked if I had installed the battery. There’s no mention of a battery anywhere in the instructions. Not even in the troubleshooting. I looked more closely at the control panel and found “AAA†stenciled beneath the igniter button. After installing the battery the table lit on the first attempt and looks great.For reference, our deck is 16x16 and the furniture filled most of it.
