I originally tried one of those pullers with the two arms, didn't work, and after 30 minutes I gave up. I bought this one and within 5 minutes the axle seal was out. The other side took four pulls with a 5 lb. slide hammer and it also came out with ease. This was for a Ford 8" rear axle, and I used the smaller of the three.

These are made of heavy steel. Worked great and the price was excellent.

This set is good for a DIYer who only has to use it occasionally. It does the job, but it cannot stand up over multiple uses. The pins are sturdy enough it seems, but the part that engages the bearing isn’t as hard as the bearing material so it will get nicked up with multiple uses. However, due to the lower price, it might well be worth it. It was for me as it don’t need to use these but occasionally myself.

No good washer hole is to big for the bolt they use can't get can't get bolt to tighten flush with washer would not not recommend.
