Fit perfect on laundry room door. After 20 years, give or take, the door knob on the laundry room door gave out and was super hard to get open. After replacing bathroom door knob, I realized that it takes a certain knob for mobile home doors and luckily I found this product that fits perfectly and is made just for mobile home doors. Now the laundry room door opens with ease. Purchased same kind, but with a locking knob for the bathroom and it works perfect as well. I will be buying a few more to replace the other door knobs that have also gave out. Great price, really easy to install, fits perfect without the need of making bigger holes or new screw holes. All you need is a screw driver. I do wish they were available in other colors instead of the cheap looking gold.

I got this thing to replace a door knob on a door that had stopped springing back. It was cheap, matched the other door knobs around it well enough, and fits the opening just fine. As far as durability, it looks like a few of the moving parts are plastic, so I suspect if it's forced at all, or if people make a habit of hanging stuff off it, it might break, the one it replaced was all brass on the inside, and that one broke, so...

Inexpensive light duty - Cheaply made but does the job. It comes with no brass around the plunger that goes on the door. The striker for the door jam needs to be bigger I was able to reuse the old one. The working mechanism is cheap plastic. I guess it is okay for a seldom-used closet. It looks okay, but man they spent much time making it as cheap as possible.

Perfect fit/easy to install and they are beter then the ones that came with the trailer. I would buy more if i needed them .If you own a trailer this is a good buy.
