Got the change a bedroom door knob. Very easy to install, literally done in 10 minutes. Good value for the price.

The nob works and locks fine. screws, latch and nob all fit perfectly in a mobile home door.Only issue is just that the guts of the latch are still plastic and will break after a few years.As easy to install as any other nob.Was only a dollar more to get a new nob than buying a latch alone.

In case you missed it in the title like I did this is NOT a normal doorknob! It's supposed to be for mobile homes, which have different style doors. The doorknob itself is tiny (maybe 30% smaller) AND the side latch part is a circle rather than the standard rectangle. I had to use it because I needed to fix the door immediately, but it definitely is not for normal house doors. If you need to make it work like I did, use a clay or epoxy putty (I used Sugru) to fill in the gap on the side of the door left by the small round latch shape. Learn from my mistake!

I found it to be a quality and easy to install door knob. However there were two issues. It doesn't come with a replacement plate for the new doorknob bolt to come out of. The original bolt plate your door has may impede the bolt from properly operating as a result of not being the proper size. This may result in not using a plate and enduring exposed wood of door. If it's not an issue cool but it does seem to be incomplete for replacement door knob. It was odd a new strike plate was provided but not a plate for the bolt to come out of. Also, I used the original strike plate as well. The new strike plate has a completely different shape that ends up exposing wood on the door frame.
